REIKI
Reiki is an energy healing technique that uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing. Reiki is a form of complementary and alternative medicine; there’s evidence it can reduce daily stress and help with management of some chronic disease.
SOMATIC COACHING
As a Certified Integrative Trauma Coach, we can work with breathwork, grounding, and body scanning techniques. This is a therapeutic approach that places importance on what we experience in the mind and the body as well as the connection between the two. “Somatic” itself means “of or relating to the body.”
